Your opinions matters

It will be too naive to say, Customer is everything. We are subjected to this since economic reform in 90's. Though it has taken its own time to blow into full fledged reality. Now customer moves you, in all aspects. We are in a Trishingui ( sanskrit word) world, wherein neither one can catch hold of nor leave "customer" to move for a greener pasture.

Like well said in Bhagvath Gita, " Do not worry about the result. Keep doing Karma. One will be judged and awarded by the Karma and not the thought of result oriented actions". This holds very good in current business environment.

Whatever Karma is done, customer holds the fort. He is one who decides if you will go to heaven or hell. A wrong move, however, slight or small, will deflect your path to hell, At the same time, it is herculean task to remain attached to one position, so called right move, presuming one will go to heaven. Choices are many for customers. What was a want yesterday,  is a need today and will not be a need or want tomorrow. Shift is almost instantaneous. Moreover, price, margin pressure etc have put lots of organisations on the road leading to BPL.

So what is the best way to be Winner? Let us do deep dive and understand customer's perspectives to address this issue, How to serve customers profitably. Any take is welcome.
